In fantasy football, PA almost universally stands for Points Against.
This statistic refers to the number of points scored by the opposing team against a specific Defense/Special Teams (DST) unit. It is a key performance indicator for DST scoring in most fantasy leagues.
The general rule is that a lower PA value is more favorable. Fantasy scoring systems typically award more points to a DST that concedes fewer actual points to their opponent. For instance, allowing 0-6 points might yield high fantasy points for the DST, while allowing 28 or more points could result in negative points for that DST unit.
